YOU MIGHT WONDER
In Memory Of Rick's Grandmother

Well, I thought you might wonder,
'Bout how it is I feel,
It's been nearly three months now,
And it doesn't feel real.

I miss phone calls to you,
Talking of your life with me.
How in church you met Grandpa,
How it was meant to be.

You told me how you loved the stars,
You'd loved them all your life,
And how there was nothing better,
Than Grandpa by your side.

Well, I thought you might wonder,
'Bout how it is I feel,
It's been nearly three months now,
And it doesn't feel real.

You so loved all your children,
Those here, those free.
Loving them for the love of you,
As all wish it to be.

I was your first grandchild,
Of oh so many in a line.
Loving you in passing,
We all will, all our lives.

Well, I thought you might wonder,
'Bout how it is I feel,
It's been nearly three months now,
And it doesn't feel real.

Well, I thought you might wonder,
'Bout how it is I feel.
Well, I still have the memories you shared,
know I always will.
